Is the sizing accurate
Is the size trustworthy to the description? I have found that it is very accurate. I got a large after getting the measurements from our dogs, and matched to what the item said it should be. When I got the item, it fit perfectly. I had to make a few adjustments on the tighten straps to make sure it wasn’t too tight and or to lose.
Usually, the measurement can be a little off, but they did a good job at getting the measurements correct.

Does the price match the quality
After using this product for week, I will say that it is very durable. Our male German Sheppard is a very big puller being that he is only one year old and it held up against his pulling.
There hasn’t been any fraying of the fabric, nor have the buckles that are plastic got any cracks or stress fractures in them.
All in all its a very durable harness from what I’ve seen so far and will continue to use it.
how to adjust dog harness
Adjusting the harness is a pretty simple feature.
- slide it over your pup’s head
- then you want to clip the 2 clips that come from under the chest area
- After you get secured on the dog you start the tightening process
- There are 2 chest adjustors tighten them evenly so it’s not off to one side.
- Then the belly region again you will repeat the same process, even as possible
- Just like a collar you don’t want it to tight to where it is uncomfortable.
- Slide your finger under it to make sure you have gapping, but not enough to get out of
Is a dog harness supposed to be tight
A dog harness should never be extremely tight to where it restricts their movement it should in fact have some playroom for when they are walking and running around. I believe in the method you should be able to slid your fingers under the harness. This will assure you that they will have movement.
Harness vs Collar
Why get a harness when you have a collar? I asked myself the same question. I started to do research on it and found out while leash training a collar can restrict their air ways and could injure their neck while they are pulling. Now a harness on the other hand when they pull it evens out the number of restrictions along their body. Which is safter in my opinion for the dog while training.
So, in conclusion to the Icefang dog harness i would say that it is a very good brand and well made. I would definitely buy another one for my dogs.
